Bird spotters

We had a great week finding out about the birds which are likely to visit our garden in the winter time.
We did some bird watching of our own from our outdoor area using binoculars we made ourselves!
We made some bird feeders to try and attract more birds to our outside area.

We made bird masks and even went on to make our own bird wings!

Class Four helped us decide where to hang our feeders.

Mr Hough came in to answer our bird questions. He also showed us a range of interesting bird feathers.

  1. What a super time you have had learning about birds class R! I'm sure that we will have lots of visitors when they see all the tasty bird feeders around the School! Keep up the good work!
